Best Western Plus Hôtel Gergovie

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s very well located, just a short drive from the motorway exit, which made it extremely convenient for us. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you could possibly need. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the mountains from our window – absolutely stunning. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and more than helpful – truly a pleasure to deal with. And the food? Absolutely delicious! From start to finish, our experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, very accommodating, couldn't do enough for us. Perfect location, idillic yet close to the Autoroute. Dinner and breakfast was superb. Our room was excellent, plenty of space, beds so comfortable, bathroom beautiful, wonderful shower and bath. I can't fault this place it was really wonderful.

We have stayed in this hotel previously and always enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for a stop over on our way to the south of France. The hotel is run very efficiently with helpful staff. It is very clean and comfortable. Restaurant excellent, delicious breakfast!

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room very well presented with the additions removed from so many other hotels.. ie kettle .. fridge..coffee maker

Friendly reception and all the staff who appeared to consist of young ladies, were quite excellent, being cheerful, helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable with nice shower and all facilities. Plenty of parking space. Generally a super hotel.
